The Rec Center is offering a Women’s Self Defense class that is open to Rec Center members and their families, as well as Collins Aerospace employees and their families. 💕

💪Gain self-confidence.
👍Become equipped to face a personal defense emergency.
👉Learn the tools you need to effectively deal with situations ranging from uncomfortable to life-threatening.

Saturday, May 4th from 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
with a short lunch break, please bring a sack lunch.

Pre-registration is required.

Young ladies under 18 years of age must be accompanied by and have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
