Power Hour is a strength and conditioning-focused class that follows specific training parameters from the Women on Weights 2.0 program. Participants will perform various pre-established regimens while being coached in a small group setting. 💪
Maximum 10 participants. Members must make reservation at front desk to participate. ✅
May 7th – May 30th – $100
Tuesdays: 6-7pm and Thursdays: 5-6pm
Tuesdays: Meet in BASECamp Room Thursdays: Meet in Fitness Classroom
Prerequisite: Women on Weights 2.0
