Our “Get Strong” Men’s Strength Training program led by Dixie Peters, ACSM Exercise Physiologist includes:
- 6 In-Person Small Group Training Sessions
- Printed Training Program
- Weekly Instructional Handouts on Strength Training Principles
- Homework Assignments for On-Your-Own Workouts
This program is designed for seasoned lifters as well as new trainees. All fitness levels are welcome.
- Dates: October 18th – November 22nd
- Time: Tuesdays 6:30-8:00pm
- Pre-Registration is required through the app or at the Font Desk at 319-295-2552
- Members: $100
- Eligible Non-Members: $125
Minimum of 5 participants and maximum of 6. Registration deadline is October 14.
