Can you set a record?
Do you have what it takes to be a Rec Center Records Holder? We think you do! Keep in mind, these events can be attempted just for fun! Record holders will have their names posted at the Information Center. Click here to see the current list of record holders. Make an appointment with a fitness staff member to either try an event or ask them to evaluate your form to ensure that you are doing it correctly. Contact Dixie with any questions. Members can set a record in the following age groups – male and female under 29, male and female ages 30-49, male and female ages 50-69 and male and female ages 70 and over in the following:
- Pull-ups
- Flexed Arm Hang
- Max Squat
- Max Deadlift
- Plank Hold
- Push-ups
- Rowing Sprint 1000 meters
- 1 Mile Run
