Helpful Reminders for a Great Rec Center Experience

Rec Center Member and Guest Dress Code

As a corporate recreation center, we strive to provide a comfortable, professional, and family-friendly environment for everyone. 

To help us maintain that atmosphere, we ask all members and guests to wear appropriate workout attire while using the facility.

Shirts must fully cover the chest and midriff. Shorts, pants, and other bottoms must

fully cover the buttocks and groin.

Clothing must not be transparent.

Apparel with offensive, discriminatory,

or inappropriate language or graphics

is not permitted.

Closed-toe athletic shoes are required in fitness and weight training areas. Only non-marking athletic shoes are permitted on wood courts. Cleats, spikes, and other floor-damaging footwear are prohibited.

To ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members and guests, please review the following policies:

Cleanliness & Safety

  • Disinfect equipment before and after use. Spray bottles are located throughout the facility.

  • This is a fragrance-free facility—please avoid wearing scented products.

  • Water bottles and contained sports/energy drinks are permitted in fitness areas.

Cell Phone & Photography Policy

  • Please do not use cell phones while on motorized equipment.

  • Be mindful of others when using your phone in common areas.

  • No phones or video-enabled devices in locker rooms.

  • Taking photos or videos of individuals or groups requires prior permission.

Behavior & Facility Use

  • Alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the Rec Center or company grounds.

  • Members under the influence may be asked to leave.

  • League and free play may occasionally be rescheduled for special events.

  • Hours, fees, and policies are subject to change without notice.

  • Management reserves the right to suspend or revoke memberships.

Tobacco-Free Campus

All indoor and outdoor areas of Collins Aerospace, including the Rec Center and parking lots, are 100% tobacco- and smoke-free.

Sales Tax Notice

All fees, goods, and services are subject to Iowa State Sales Tax and applicable local option tax.
