Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve endurance, increase flexibility, or simply move more throughout the week, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. With knowledgeable instructors, adaptable formats, and an inclusive environment, group fitness makes it easier, and more enjoyable, to stay consistent with your health and wellness routine.
Our group fitness program is designed to provide structure, variety, and motivation, without the pressure or intimidation that sometimes comes with trying something new. Classes are led by experienced, approachable instructors who focus on proper movement, safety, and options for all fitness levels.
With a wide range of class styles offered throughout the week, members can improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, balance, and overall wellness while enjoying the energy and accountability that comes from training alongside others. Whether you prefer a higher-intensity workout, a steady pace, or a more mindful movement experience, group fitness offers an effective and engaging way to stay active and consistent.
Most classes are included with membership and use the equipment and spaces already available within the facility, making it an accessible, convenient option for fitting fitness into your routine.
