Membership Cancellation Instructions

To cancel your membership:

Download and complete the Membership Cancellation Form.

Submit the completed form to the Front Desk or email it to Clare Fagan at [email protected].

Note: No refunds will be issued for memberships paid in full for a set term.

 

Important Details:

  • Memberships paid via payroll deduction, bank withdrawal, or credit card will continue indefinitely until a cancellation form is submitted.

  • Any outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to cancellation.

  • If your membership includes a minimum contract period, that time commitment must be met before cancellation.
