Guest Access Policy
We welcome guests to the Collins Aerospace Rec Center! Members ages 16 and older may sponsor guests. All guests must enter through the Front Desk, check in, and complete a guest waiver before using the facility.

Guest Pass Options & Fees

• Daily Guest Fee: $8 + tax

• Active Military Rate: $4 + tax

• Weekly and monthly passes available for eligible non-members – inquire at the Front Desk.

Age Requirements

• Guests must be at least 7 years old.

• All guests ages 7–15 must be supervised by an individual age 18 or older at all times.

• Youth guests ages 7–11 are required to wear an orange jersey during their visits.

• Guests under age 7 must be checked into the babysitting room.

Guest Waivers

• All guests must complete a waiver upon their first visit.

• Guests under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian (age 18+) sign the waiver in person — no exceptions.

Using the Facility

• Guests must check in at the Front Desk every visit.

• Guests age 16+ may visit unaccompanied if:

  1. They have a valid guest pass

  2. The pass is signed by their member sponsor

  3. They have a signed waiver on file.

• Guests may not reserve courts or classes in advance.

• All guests must follow Rec Center policies. Misconduct may result in revoked privileges.

Sponsoring Guests

• Members may sponsor up to 5 guests per visit.

• Non-eligible guests (e.g., friends, extended family) must be accompanied by the sponsoring member.

• Collins employees who are not members may sponsor themselves or immediate family as guests (guest fees and policies still apply).
