Pilates
Pilates is a full-body exercise method focused on core strength, posture, flexibility, balance, and controlled movement. Through precise, low-impact exercises, Pilates helps improve body awareness, muscular endurance, spinal mobility, and overall movement quality. Research has also shown Pilates can help support lower back health, posture, flexibility, and bone density.
We offer a variety of Pilates class formats, including both mat-based and equipment-based training, allowing participants to choose the style and challenge level that best fits their goals and experience. Classes are designed to be adaptable and effective for a wide range of fitness levels.
Please note: Additional fees apply for all Pilates classes.
