Collins employees and retirees are eligible for membership and may sponsor their immediate family members at the employee membership rate. Immediate family includes a spouse, fiancé, domestic partner, and children ages 7–25 (including stepchildren and half-siblings). Employees may also sponsor adult children age 26 and older at the extended family membership rate.

Employees and retirees may also sponsor extended family members at a higher rate. Please refer to the list below to determine who is considered extended family.

Contract employees who have been issued a Collins Aerospace badge are eligible for membership.
They may also sponsor their immediate family members at the extended family membership rate.

Immediate family includes a spouse, fiancé, domestic partner, and children ages 7–25 (including stepchildren and half-siblings).

Collins Aerospace Employees who are current members of the Rec Center may sponsor up to two friends at a time for Rec Center membership. To sponsor a friend, the following conditions apply:

  • The sponsoring Collins Aerospace employee must be a current Rec Center member.

  • The employee must come in person with their sponsored friend at the time of sign up to complete the required sponsorship form.

  • Sponsored friends must be 18 years of age or older.

  • A $30 enrollment fee applies at sign-up, with monthly dues of $50 plus tax.

The Collins Aerospace Rec Center partners with SilverSneakers®, Silver&Fit®, and Renew Active® to provide eligible insurance members with a complimentary membership.

Members enrolled through these programs have access to the Rec Center facility, fitness equipment, and a wide variety of group fitness classes. In addition to specialty classes designed for active older adults, members are encouraged to participate in many of our regular group fitness offerings at no additional cost.

Eligibility and available fitness benefits vary by insurance provider. Please contact your insurance company directly to verify coverage and participation eligibility.

All rates are subject to applicable sales tax. Family plan rates apply to immediate family members, defined as a spouse or domestic partner and children aged 7 to 25 years. All family plan payments must be made using a single payment method.

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Members with a restricted membership may access the facility outside of these hours for an additional fee of $1.00 per visit.

Restricted Membership Access
*Eligible senior citizens (ages 62 and older) may choose a Restricted Membership option at a reduced rate. This membership provides facility access during the following designated hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Members with a restricted membership may access the facility outside of these hours for an additional fee of $1.00 per visit.

  • Enrollment Fee: $30.00 + tax
    Required for all new members and returning members whose membership has been inactive for more than 6 months. Former members may rejoin if they still meet eligibility criteria. The enrollment fee will apply if more than 6 months have passed since their last active membership.

  • Restricted Hours Access Fee: $1.00 per visit
    Applies if a restricted-access member enters the facility outside their permitted access times (either earlier or later than designated).

  • Late Exit Fee: $1.00 per minute
    Charged for staying in the facility after closing time.

  • Replacement Key Fob: $1.00
    Applies if your key fob is lost or needs to be replaced.

Summer Student Memberships

Students ages 7–25 can stay active and healthy over summer break with a seasonal membership. Valid from mid-May through Labor Day, this pass gives students full access to the Rec Center throughout the summer months. For enrollment details please contact the Front Desk.

  • Summer 2026 rate: $126 + tax 

Available to individuals who meet standard eligibility requirements. Enrollment fee does not apply.

Short-Term Passes

Need flexibility? We offer convenient short-term options:

  • Monthly Pass: $50 + tax

  • Weekly Pass: $24 + tax

Payment Options

Streamlined Payment Options

Members may choose to have their monthly dues automatically withdrawn from a bank account. To set up this option, please bring a voided check at enrollment. The account holder must be at least 18 years old. Membership dues will be processed on the 4th day of each month.

Members may elect to have their monthly membership dues automatically charged to a credit card. To set up credit card payment, please provide your credit card information to the front desk staff and request it be securely stored on your account. Membership dues will be charged on the 4th day of each month.

Collins Aerospace employees paid through a Collins Aerospace payroll group may choose to have membership dues deducted directly from their paycheck. Members who choose the payroll deduction option will receive $15 off the standard enrollment fee.

Members may choose to pay their full annual membership dues upfront using cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
