Women on Weights 2.0 is a program that teaches women to effectively write their own program and put it into practice. The six-week program, led by Dixie Peters and Joe Enabnit, will cover many topics including programming basics, goal setting, intensity techniques and nutrition basics. It is open to all women – beginners, intermediate or experienced weight lifters. The program is geared toward keeping one accountable in order to get the best results.

Women on Weights will meet ion the high court each Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30pm beginning on Tuesday, January 22 through Wednesday, March 6. There is no class the week of February 18. The cost is $90 plus tax. Click here to read past participants testimonials.
