Women on Weights 2.0 is a program that teaches women to effectively write their own program and put it into practice. The six-week program has wrapped up for 2019, but watch for the program to be offered again next winter. Women on Weights will cover many topics including programming basics, goal setting, intensity techniques and nutrition basics. It is open to all women – beginners, intermediate or experienced weight lifters. The program is geared toward keeping one accountable in order to get the best results.
