During the summer months, the focus is on high-intensity training with efficient workouts, so you can stay strong while spending less time in the gym.

This program is perfect for maintaining momentum, refining technique, and staying accountable with a small group.

Class Size: Minimum 6 | Maximum 12 participants

Prerequisite: Women on Weights 2.0 or personal training with Dixie
