MoveSTRONGER pushes your strength, mobility, and endurance while continuing to reinforce proper mechanics and joint integrity. It’s about training smarter, moving better, and building resilience that carries over beyond the gym.

MoveSTRONGER – Wednesdays at 11:30am and Thursdays at 7:00am in the Fitness Classroom.
