Join us for a mock powerlifting meet where you can test your strength alongside fellow Rec Center members in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or brand new to the platform, this event is for you!
Lifts:
🏋️ Squat
🏋️ Bench Press
🏋️ Deadlift
👉 Bench Press–only option available
Each competitor receives three attempts per lift. Your best successful lift counts toward your total, which determines rankings within each division.
🏆 Awards will be given to top finishers, plus Best Lifter based on strength relative to bodyweight.
Weigh-Ins:
Required for all competitors
Available the day before and up to two hours before the event.
New Lifters Welcome:
New to powerlifting? No problem! An informational session and demo will be held in advance to explain rules and expectations. Info session date TBA.
