Let’s get this party started!

Power Hour sessions for the summer will focus on high volume/hypertrophy regimens geared towards sculpting those important areas to get your summer body looking lean and mean! The Summer Pass is active for 3 months, June – August, and expires at the end of August. Passes are available for purchase at the front desk for $175/person. Each week’s group session will be a variation of a high- volume routine. We will meet in the fitness classroom
starting Thursday, June 6th.

Prerequisite: Women on Weights 2.0 or must purchase an individual personal training session for evaluation with Dixie before joining the group workouts.
