Weights-Agility-Technical-Training- Supervision (W.A.T.T.S.) is an 8-week youth program focusing on speed, agility and strength training for ages 12- 18. Registration is now open and each class is limited to 12 participants. Classes will be held June 12 – August 3 with two class times offered:
- Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays
- 8:00am – 9:30am
- 10:00am – 11:30am
