WATTS – Weights-Agility-Technical-Training-Supervision is an 8-week youth program focusing on speed, agility and strength training for ages 12-18. Registration is now open to Rec Center members only. Cost is $225 and space is limited.

WATTS is open to any student 12-18 years of age, who wishes to improve their performance in athletics. The program runs June 13-August 4 with classes held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Two program times are offered: 8-9:30am or 10-11:30am. Contact Jamie Sands or Jeff Havel for more information.
