Women on Weights 2.0 is designed to empower females of all fitness abilities! Participants will learn lifting techniques while working in a small group (minimum of 9 participants, max of 10).

WOW will meet 3 times per week on Mondays and Tuesdays at 6:30-7:30pm for Strength Training, followed by a brief Q&A/discussion time AND on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm for Metabolic Conditioning/Core & Recovery.
