Six weeks to STRENGTH! This program is designed for male seasoned lifters as well as new trainees. All fitness levels are welcome. The program runs October 19 – November 23rd on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00pm. Program includes:

  • Six in-person small group training sessions
  • Printed training program
  • Weekly instructional handouts on strength training principles
  • Homework assignments for on-your-own workouts.

The member price is $100 and is led by Dixie Peters, ACSM Exercise Physiologist. Registration deadline is October 17. For more details, click here.
