  • One 45-minute individual appointment with the Dietitian (in person or via Zoom)
  • A 28-day Virtual Gym calendar that gives you easy click access to daily videos for nutrition guidance and relaxation techniques proven to lower blood pressure
  • Based on the DASH Diet, you will learn important nutrients to increase and decrease in your diet
  • Learn about supplements, as well as how sugar, alcohol and caffeine affect blood pressure
  • Exercise recommendations that have been proven to reduce or eliminate blood pressure medications
  • Class booklet with recipes and tracking charts
  • Membership in the Virtual Gym Blood Pressure Class group
