Join Sandy Holterhaus, RDN, LD, CYT as she explores ways to help you lower your blood pressure naturally through diet, breath work and meditation.
  • Dates: May 3-May 27 (Registration deadline is April 23rd)
  • Days/times: Mondays & Thursdays from 11:30am-noon
  • Cost: $64 for the eight-class session
  • Class size is limited to 20 participants.

Each participant will monitor their own blood pressure. They are advised to follow their doctor’s guidance in regard to their blood pressure. A blood pressure monitor is conveniently located near the Rec Center front desk. Or appointments are available with one of our fitness professionals for a manual blood pressure check.
