Kids – are you ready to keep active and healthy, regardless of your current running level? The Rec Center is offering a Fundamentals of Youth Running for kids ages 8 – 15 years old. A typical session includes warm-up and cool-down exercises, agility drills, running games, body strength workouts and more. The class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays, September 28 – November 21st, 5-6:00pm (rain or shine – primarily outside, weather permitting).
