Through the B.A.S.E. Camp program, are offering a package for an 8-week performance class for youth ages 12-18 years of age. Classes are 60-minutes long and meet two times each week. Various days and times will be available. Half of the class time will focus on weight training and the remainder spent on speed and plyometric training. To allow time for individualized instruction, class size is limited to 3 per time slot.
