SilverSneakers participants check out the class options!

  • Tuesday and Thursday mornings: 8:10-8:55am
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons: 1:35-2:20pm

Pilates: To allow more members to participate in classes, select Pilates classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays have been shortened to 45 minutes and additional classes have been added. Additional classes include:

  • Monday Reformer class: 10:05-10:50am
  • Tuesday Reformer class: 10:05-10:50am
  • Wednesday Reformer class: 5:10-5:55pm
Group Fitness: Per member request, Saturday morning Muscle Works and Core is moving to Mondays from 9:20-10:20am. No Saturday class at this time.
