Members who have already requested a credit for the time the Rec Center has been closed will see a credit applied to their membership account in June. Members who pay for their membership through payroll deduction and have requested a credit by May 27th will see the credit applied to a paycheck in June. Credit requests received after May 27th will be applied to a July paycheck. For those members still wishing to receive a credit for the time the Rec Center was closed, they must request a credit by June 30, 2020. Credits can be requested in person at the front desk or members may email the Business Manager directly to request a credit.
Grace Period for Back Dues – Individuals who rejoin the Rec Center through September 30th will not be required to pay back dues or the Collins employee flex fit rejoin fee. Upon re-enrollment they will only need to pay a pro-rated monthly fee based on their rejoin date. Additionally, special consideration will be given to those Collins employees that are still not working onsite after September 30th.
