Roll & Stretch class will be offered on Tuesdays in February from 11:30am – 12:00pm. In this free class, you will:

  • Learn how to use a foam roller for massage (myofascial release)
  • Loosen sore muscle and tight joints
  • Improve flexibility, increase blood flow and circulation
  • Learn techniques of rolling and stretching before exercise to increase performance
  • Learn to use after as a workout to aid recovery and reduce injuries
