This 6-week strength training program is back by popular demand! This men’s specific class, led by Joe Enabnit and Dixie Peters will meet on Tuesdays & Thursdays, November 7th-December 12th, from 7-8:30pm. Cost is $95 for members or $120 for eligible nonmembers. Participants will receive an instructional training guide & an original GET STRONG tshirt. Sign up on the app, through the member portal or at the front desk.
