Tapping is an Emotional Relief Therapy (ERT) technique that is done by tapping your fingers on acupressure points and using affirmations. Tapping has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety including emotional and stress eating.

Learn the basics of tapping, guided tapping meditations and how to tap on your own. Join Sandy in the Fitness Classroom every Tuesday in October from 11:30-11:55am. No experience necessary! You may sit on a block or chair for class, or you may bring your own cushion.
