Pilates for Runners & Cyclists is an 8-week program is led by Brenda. There are two class times available:

  • Fridays: 11:30am-12:30pm (October 4 – November 22) OR
  • Sundays: 9-10:00am (October 6 – November 24)

No previous Pilates experience is required.  The cost is $64 + tax for one class per week. Registration will open on August 12th.

Registration will be available online through the Club Automation member portal and the new Rec Center app.

Minimum registration of 5 students per class must be met by Sept 20th for class to be held.
