Run STRONG is a six-week class that will help you build strength and stability that is specific to running, as well as:
  • Improve running performance
  • Decrease risk of injury
  • Boost your metabolism
  • Increase overall energy

When: July 15-August 23

Class times: Mondays 5-6:00pm and/or Wednesdays 6-7:00pm

Cost: $25 (1 class per week) or $50 (two classes per week)

Class size is limited to 6-10 participants per class time.

Register online through the Club Automation member portal*, through the app or at the front desk.
