ReNu Your Life Functional Movement will be offered on Mondays, 2:30-3:30pm. This class is designed to help improve balance, posture, muscular endurance and flexibility making it easier and safer to perform everyday activities, and prevent falls. Functional training can also improve the way the brain talks to the muscles so the body works better! Exercises may be performed seated in a chair or standing, but can be modified for all ability levels. Led by Kris Cameron.
