Tapping is an Emotional Relief Therapy (ERT) technique that is done by tapping your fingers on acupressure points and using affirmations. Tapping has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, including emotional and stress eating. Learn the basics of tapping, guided tapping meditations and how to tap on your own. You can sit on a block or chair for the class or bring your own cushion.
