Join Brenda for Yoga: Inversions and Restorative every Friday beginning in May from 10-11:00am. The first part of class is designed to explore, practice and expand your inversions. Inversions are poses that position your heart higher than your head. Think: shoulderstand, plow pose, downward facing dog, bridge, wheel, headstand.
The second part of class will focus on poses that calm and reset your entire body and mind. Some poses will use blocks for support. Feel free to bring firm pillow or bolster to enhance your pose comfort.
Then stay for BE Meditation from 11:05-11:30am. This lightly guided meditation is designed to help participants achieve a healthier state of mind, bring calm, relieve stress and lower anxiety. Allow oneself to shed the weight of the world with BE Meditation.
