There are several new classes for members to check out in May.
  • Yoga: Inversions and Restorative – Fridays, 10-11am. Led by Brenda with Sandi assisting
  • BE Meditation – Fridays in May, 11:05-11:30am. Led by Brenda
  • ReNu Your Life Functional Movement – Mondays, 2:30-3:30pm. Led by Kris Cameron.
Hula Hoop will not longer be offered on Wednesdays.
