WATTS – Weights-Agility-Technical-Training-Supervision is a program designed to assist athletes by improving their strength, quickness, speed and coordination through supervised weight-training, core strengthening, plyometric and speed workouts.
WATTS is open to any student athlete 12-18 years of age, who wishes to improve their performance in athletics like football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, track and wrestling. All athletes must be Rec Center members.
WATTS eight-week training program will begin on June 17 and continue through August 8, 2019. Class is held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00- 9:30am. Cost is $195.00 and payment must be made at time of registration. Athletes must be a current Rec Center member.
