Staff Exercise Physiologist, Dixie Peters has organized a new program called the“Workout of da Week” (WODW). These workouts are posted on the mirror in front of the High Court classroom. A “Brag Board” is posted nearby for members to record their best time. The WODW is designed for members to do on their own, but if guidance is needed, please stop at the front desk to schedule an appointment. A number of fitness staff members will be creating different workouts over the coming weeks.
