  • Meditation and tapping exercise
  • Mindful journaling
  • Using a hunger scale

Bring Joy back to Eating and Exercise Mindful and Intuitive Nutrition and Exercise (M.I.N.E). Classes held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:05-12:55pm, March 19 through April 30 (13 classes). Learn to eat and exercise mindfully and intuitively. Class fee is $144  and taught by Sandy Holterhaus, RDN, LD and Heidi Winterowd.

If you are interested, please plan to attend an informational meeting at the Collins Aerospace Rec Center on Thursday, March 7 at 12:05pm in the Fitness Classroom.  M.I.N.E. is open to Collins Aerospace Rec Center members and eligible non-members.  (Non-members must pay a 2-month membership fee to attend).
