Women on Weights 2.0 is a program that teaches women to effectively write their own program and put it into practice. The six-week program will cover many topics including programming basics, goal setting, intensity techniques and nutrition basics. It is open to all women – beginners, intermediate or experienced weight lifters. The program is geared toward keeping one accountable in order to get the best results.
Women on Weights will be held each Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30pm beginning on Tuesday, January 22 through Wednesday, March 6. There is no class the week of February 18.
