  • Monday: Muscleworks –  5:30pm moved to 6:30-7:15pm
  • Tuesday: Cycling – 5:30am changed to Sprint 5:30-6:00am
    • Bodyflow Exp – new class offered from 4:30 -5:00pm
  • Thursday: Mat Pilates – new class offered from 10:30-11:15
    • Kids Fit N Fun  – 10:30am moved to 11:30-12:00pm
  • Friday: Sprint – new class offered from 11:30-12:00pm
    • Mat Pilates – 12:20pm moved to 12:15-1:00pm
