If you are a woman who wants to make greater progress in the gym, Women on Weights is for you. The 6-week session begins on Tuesday, January 22, 2019! Led by trainers, Dixie Peters & Joe Enabnit, the class will meet in the High Court every Tuesday & Wednesday from 7:00-8:30pm.
This is the 4th year of Women on Weights 2.0. Past participants are encouraged to join again to see what is new and different this year. The ultimate goal of the program is to teach participants how to be consistent and self-sufficient with their strength training workouts. Participants will be given a guidebook with a specific training program designed to give the ‘most bang for your buck’. Read some testimonials from past participants here.
Cost for members is $90+tax, and eligible non-members $160+tax. Registration will begin on Monday, December 10, 2018. A minimum of 10 participants is required. If you have any questions contact Dixie.
