Dietician, Sandy Holterhaus and Fitness Instructor, Heidi Winterowd have developed M.I.N.E. (Mindful and Intuitive Nutrition and Exercise). The M.I.N.E. eating and movement program will help participants to nourish their mind, body and soul.

An informational session will be held on Monday, December 3 at 11:20. Plan to attend this session to learn more. Classes will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:20am-12:15pm beginning January 3 through February 14 in the Fitness Classroom.
