Are you looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast? Then BODYPUMP® is for you! According to the Les Mills website, BODYPUMP® is a barbell class based on THE REP EFFECT™, a proven formula that exhausts muscles using light weights and high repetitions, to sculpt, tone and strengthen the entire body. This is the time-tested secret to developing lean, athletic muscle. Instructors will coach participants through the scientifically proven moves  and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music.

Try out one of the BODYPUMP® classes offered throughout the week:

  • Tuesdays at 11:30am
  • Tuesdays at 5:30pm
  • Wednesdays at 6:45pm
  • Sundays at 9:00am
