Join us on Saturday, Sept. 23 for the orientation 9:00-10:00am and be ready for the eight week program. Be ready to become stronger and more toned and enjoy an energy boosted metabolism! Included in this 8-week program:
- A TRX 101 session to show you how to use the TRX straps and walk you through the program and nutrition guide.
- Three individual TRX workouts each week! We will tell you exactly what to do and provide pictures to demonstrate. You have flexibility on when to complete the workouts each week!
- A full nutrition guide with recipes, tracking worksheets, nutrition guidelines, goal setting, and more!
- Two body composition weigh-ins (one before and one after).
- Access to a private Facebook group for accountability and motivation!

Registration runs Tuesday, Sept. 5th through Friday, Sept. 22. Train Refuel Xtreme runs September 25-November 17.
