Want to walk your way to fitness? Join us on Fridays from 8:45-9:15am. Physical activity does not need to be complicated. Something as simple as a daily brisk walk can help you live a healthier life. During this class you will:

  • Learn proper walking techniques and posture
  • Go through a warm up and cool down
  • Discuss setting realistic goals
  • Meet new people

Once you take that first step, you’re on the way to an important decision – better health! Meet outside the front doors of the Rec Center.
