Want to walk your way to fitness? Join us on Fridays from 8:45-9:15am. Physical activity does not need to be complicated. Something as simple as a daily brisk walk can help you live a healthier life. During this class you will:
- Learn proper walking techniques and posture
- Go through a warm up and cool down
- Discuss setting realistic goals
- Meet new people
