Rockwell Collins No Ordinary Workout (RC N.O.W.)  will run a four-week session beginning December 4. The class features Kickboxing, Cardio Circuit, Stretching, and Strength Training. The class is designed to help build cardio endurance, improve flexibility and build lean muscle tissue. The cost for the four-week session is $37.50 (plus tax).Classes are offered daily at 5:30am, 6:30am, 11:30am and 4:30pm and at 8:00am on Saturdays.

Women on Weights 2.0 is a program that teaches women to effectively write their own program and put it into practice. The six-week program will cover many topics including programming basics, goal setting, intensity techniques and nutrition basics. It is open to all women – beginners, intermediate or experienced weight lifters. The program is geared toward keeping one accountable in order to get the best results.

Women on Weights will be held each Monday and Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm beginning on Monday, January 15. The cost is $90 plus tax and each women who attends 10 out of 12 classes will receive a free WOW 2.0 t-shirt!
