The Rec Center is hosting a series of Balanced Body Pilates Instructor Training sessions. These sessions will be led by the Rec Center’s Pilates Program Manager, Bonnie Benesh. Bonnie is a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates teacher and a Balanced Body Master Instructor.


The training on January 5 and 6 will cover Reformer 1 and Movement Principles. The February 2-4 training will cover Reformer 2 and 3. Followed by Mat 1 and 2 on the first weekend of March.
