Learn basic yoga moves and breathing techniques in this modified pose, beginner level yoga class. This class is meant for those new to yoga or those who want a gentle, modified yoga workout. Participants must be able to get down to and up from the floor.
Class will be taught by Sandy on Wednesday evenings at 6:35-7:35pm in the Fitness Classroom for 6 weeks, January 4 – February 8. Fee is $30 (plus tax – check only) which will be refunded if you attend five out of the six classes. Class size is limited. Please sign up at the Rec Center Front Desk.
