This is a basic weight training class designed to help ladies become more confident using free weights. This is not an advanced class, but those looking for more challenging guidance can plan for the 6-week paid for program of Women on Weights 2.0 starting in January. Class will run on Tuesdays, beginning October 18th through November 8th from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Class will meet in the front lobby. Stop by the Front Desk for more information.
