Learn basic yoga moves and breathing techniques in this modified pose, beginner level yoga class. This class is meant for those new to yoga or those who want a gentle, modified yoga workout. Participants must be able to get down to and up from the floor.

Class will be taught on Thursday evenings at 5:20-6:20pm in the Fitness Classroom for 6 weeks. The fee is $30 (plus tax – check only) which will be refunded if you attend five our to the six classes. Class size is limited. Please sign up at the Rec Center Front Desk.

Classes will be taught by Sandy Holterhaus and run from August 18 – September 22.
