WATTS  – Weights-Agility-Technical-Training-Supervision is a program designed to assist athletes by improving their strength, quickness, speed and coordination through supervised weight-training, core strengthening, plyometric and speed workouts.

WATTS is open to any student athlete 12-18 years of age, who wishes to improve their performance in athletics like football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, track and wrestling. All athletes must be Rec Center members. (Summer student memberships are available.)

WATTS eight-week training program will begin on June 13 and continue through August 4, 2016. Class is held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00- 9:30am or 10:00-11:30am. Cost is $195.00 and payment must be made at time of registration. Athletes must be a current Rec Center member or they must sign up for our special summer membership. Summer Student memberships which run from May 1-September 4, 2016 are $100 plus $20 enrollment fee.
